Steve Bauer

Steve Bauer began his radio career in 1970 as a Senior in High School at the local college radio station. By 1974, while still completing his B.S. in speech, he went to work for KBUL in Wichita, hosting mid-days and later afternoon drive. He left radio in 1977 to go to work for a bank holding company but returned in 1989, and worked at various stations in the Wichita market. In 2000, Bauer began broadcasting on ACB Radio Interactive doing both a country show and a smooth jazz show. In 2002, he moved across town to KRBB-FM where he launched “The Sunday Jazz Brunch.”
